What's with the "downloadad" file?

Every time I think I'm downloading a video, I get a link that sends me to a page that wants me to pledge. Supposedly, the button that says "proceed" is supposed to continue the download, right? But no matter how many times I hit it, nothing happens. Does anyone know what's going on?

Try doing the steps listed in the second post of this thread. This might help you if you have Internet Explorer 6.0 Service Pack 2.
