The main difference I find between the Top 10% List and the Favorites List is that the Favorites list usually holds classic good videos, while the Top 10% list holds more recent, accurate data. No, that isn't a fact, but from what I seen you're likely to find a good classic video on favorites than Top 10% and vice versa.
I disagree. Look at the list and you'll see quite a bit of the "classics"...and in most of the top spots. In fact you get more than 30 vids(which is the limit of "favorites").
After Phade made it a Baysian distribution, I see less and less "new" vids and more older and "proven" videos...and that makes sense given the scoring formula.
