well i like it, a lot of the banners asking for ops is discouraging, and almost makes me want to avoid giving them, unless i really think it has potential or i liked it.

Nice banner. That is something that I would approve of in the votes. I always reject any banner asking for opinions and was wondering when someone was going to make one pointing out the opinion exchange for people who don't just want to wait for opinions to come to them.

If it was made more light hearted and the org logo was bigger it woun't be rejected.

I'm all for banners promoting parts of the site - that's the whole point of banners, advertising.

I don't know why I actually submitted it, I knew it'd be rejected as negative before I started. I'm still wondering why the <a href="http://www.animemusicvideos.org/_media/ ... >banner</a> I based it on wasn't rejected as negative.

Because the other banner didn't imply that org members are whiny bitches - it merely implied that Asuka was :)
