I was really impressed by the go video. Sure it didn't do anything new, but really the song didn't really call for it. It's tough to do a good video with a song from that kind of band (Blink, Sum 41, etc) so I think it did deserve to be shown.

#2 - ??? from Delacruz (there was no title for that one)
I should have named that amv "???". I wonder what they actually showed (I wasn't there)

it showed "??? BY/or/FROM Delacruz"
i didn't figure it was the title, was thinking it was just untitled or something.

Never argue with an idiot. He'll drag you down to his level and then beat you with experience.

Thanks! I sent it as "Untitled".

Thanks! I think Blink-182 has changed somewhat... the
situation described in that song is pretty sad.

I have to completely agree. I was completely enthralled by this video. It really, really has an almost.... I can't paraphrase it properly, but at the end of the video I felt like I'd been punched in the stomach. And was HAPPY for the fact

It's really an impressive video- I'm jelous because I now LOVE this song, and don't think I could ever do it justice the way you have.
Corny as it sounds- good job!

Thank you very much for your comments. I made the
video because I'm a fan of Satoshi Kon. His works aren't
used that much by amv creators but he makes great anime
and I often use his stuff for source material. The video is
simple because I'm no good with effects, and the fact of
the matter is that the software I use is still very much in
development (open source stuff, I had to write my own plugin
to encode it).

Thanks again for the kind words, and congratulations on
your prize...

Cheers,
marco
