Video freezes

I wasn't sure if I should put this in software help but I'm not sure what the problem is. Anyway, I've just finished muxing my video and audio and it seems to be playing just fine in wmp for the first, about 18 seconds, then it freezes--just the video. It just stops on the same frame each time but the audio keeps going. The file is 85mb right now (I'll probably downsize that a bit later) but I don't think thats the problem.

Scan it for errors in VDub. It sounds like a bad frame.

I guess I should also mention that when I open it up (either double click on it on the playlist or open it up with wmp) the video suddenly jerks up and down quickly a few times then plays the rest normally (except for the previously mentioned problem. I don't know if this helps at all but I thought just in case. Thanks!
