Can you ping the loopback? If not, then you have a problem with your configuration. focus on the computer and it's connection to the card. Is your connections secure? Do you have the latest and greatest driver updates? Are all firewalls disabled?
After that, you should be able to at least ping the loopback.
Now try to ping the router. Add the Router's IP to your firewalls' secure list, and reinstate your firewalls. can you ping the router?
