It is my friend's, and she says it came with no indication of the anime. Can anybody recognize it?

For some reason I wanna say that it's actually from a video game but...as already stated the blurryness doesn't help.

They look similar to characters in a video game called Langrisser.. Or the anime Legend of Lemnear...

It does have a feel of Langrisser as I am familiar with Satoshi Urushihara art work...
