also, im bringing my editing pc, and my file server if anyone wants to get some of my nearly 250 gigs of uselessness

The first batch of emails have gone out with payment details. If you did not get an email that means you are not on my list. Visit the dinner web site and sign up.

I've added a new section, the Guest List. Use it to check your registration stats and/or to see who is coming to dinner.

I'm going to sign up for the room in the next few days. Our deposit is due two weeks after that. If you received the payment email please get your money in to me ASAP to help me cover the room deposit.

Remember the dinner deadline of September 10 is for registration AND payment. That means you need to at least email me (see the site for details) within the next two weeks. I will absolutely not accept anyone after the deadline so sign up now even if you have to wait a little bit closer to September 10 to pay.

Update: The room at the Galleria is almost ours. They just have to run our event by AWA to make sure we aren't a conflict of interest (which we shouldn't be given we end 12 hours before they begin). I should hear something next week.

The next batch of registration emails will go out this weekend. If you haven't registered yet do so now here. If you're registered but you haven't gotten your payment out yet please get that to me ASAP to help cover the room deposit. I swear I'm going to be a jerk about the Sept 10 deadline (that's for registration AND payment so you need to register at least a week before that) so get in early to avoid problems.
