Wings of Honeamise Interlacing Problems

I'm just wondering if I got a bad disc. I'm very sure it was not a bootleg. I got Wings of Honeamise and it has some really bad interlacing problems. Everytime something moves I can see the horizontal lines. Has anyone else who watched the DVD from Manga noticed this?

Manga's WoH is widely regarded as the worst encode of an anime DVD in existence. EADBAG makes a specific reference to it here, under case 4 of Is is Interlaced?. Unfortunately, there's not much you can do about it.

Hmmmm . . . Well, after reading your post, I decided to take a look at my copy. On my normal DVD player with my TV, it looks fine. However, when I played it using my DVD drive on my computer, it looks like crap, and some lines were evident.
