Question about .asf files.

Post by angelx03 » Mon Aug 02, 2004 7:31 pm

Is there a way to extract the audio off an .asf? I was able to get the video component off an .asf file by using an AVS script but got no audio.

There used to be a really old version of virtual dub that supported asf.

It isn't in current versions due to copyright and such.

I'd suggest you look around for that, I'm assuming it will have the output wav from audio stream type option as it does now.

You might want to try http://www.doom9.org as a good starting point.

that version would be 1.3

however, if you're comfortable using Graphedit, that will also do it for you

Oh how convenient. A theory about God that doesn't require looking through a telescope.
