first i wanna let you all know
that i (goten) changed my nick and from now on i'm a useful member

next thing is...
i check out this blue man thing that you talk about and it's good
it is hear-able
and you could even see a smile on my face

there was some good shit but the main thing is...why the fuck do they paint their body in blue?
that's weird
but there was a cool part about some guy talkin' to 'em and sayin'
"you must learn to do a rock show,and for that you must learn to dance
to remove the Attention from the music itself"
or something like that and they fail to dance
that was good

Why do they paint their body blue? Hell, it's just one of those 'trademark' things...

And I do like that quote. A nice one to oppose the 'fetishizing of the inherent and delineated meanings of music'

Oh, I heard a bit of them, and I thought they sounded nice enough. I'd check out more if I had the chance.

Oto pimps KC, I pimp BMG.

I have both albums, and both dvds. Their best music is the instrumental stuff, but some of the "rock concert" stuff is funny.

Get this dvd. There's lots of good stuff on there (the narator is witty), and there's even a small bit where they "tribute" certain bands. Playing Ozzy's "Crazy Train" on their instruments was quite amusing.

And if you have a 5.1 home sound system, this is incredible with the volume cranked, definately worth it.

No, I meant the kind of groupies that are the main motivation for being in a band.
