And yes, I know that would never happen in the anime.
If Ranma-Chan got pregnant, what would happen to the male?

If Ranma-Chan got pregnant, what would happen to the male?
And, especally, if he turned male, then female again, would she still be pregnant?
And yes, I know that would never happen in the anime.

And God spoke unto the Chicken, and He said: "Thou shalt crosseth the road", and the Chicken did cross the road, and there was much rejoicing.

This is actually a fairly common idea in Ranma fanfiction. Since Rumiko Takahashi didn't answer the question, different authors came up with diffferent answers.
Some had it that Ranma simply couldn't become pregnant; the constant switching kept resetting his/her menstrual cycle. Others had it that if he/she switched back to male form, the baby would die (no place for a baby in a male body). And still others had it that the curse lock him/her in female form for the duration of the pregnancy to protect the baby.
These are all somebody else's ideas on how pregnancy would effect Ranma's curse, but Rumiko's official response (IIRC) was "I don't think about that, and neither should you."

When I was a member of the Ranma 1/2 Mailing list, this was the answer I came up with:
"The event would cause paradox, which would cause a chain reaction the Ranma-verse spacetime continuim and destroy the universe. Granted this is a worst case scenario. The damage could merely be limited only Tokyo."
In other words, 'don't go there.'
(Wow. It's been several years since I last typed that.)

I just assumed that the baby would be forced out through somewhere painful. Destroying the universe is a little bit rash...
