I just saw this video again and I remembered this post. I agreed that using voice clips in amvs can be very powerful when used properly, but I couldn't remember any off the top of my head.

This vid http://animemusicvideos.org/members/mem ... hp?v=44468 is about two brothers. The older brother, Seto, is kind of wrapped up in his own world, believing that to be strong, one has to rely on themselves, that everyone is out to get you, and the only way to survive is to get them first. The younger brother, Mokuba, clings to Seto for safety, and wishes Seto would return to the innocent happy young child he once was. The vid makes the argument which brother needs the other more.

This vid uses several voice clips from the English dub very effectively. I've seen other vids such like for CardCaptor Sakura and Inu Yasha using voice clips from English and Japanese versions, but I can't think where they might be now. ^_^;;;

Once I got hold of some decent footage for some of my vids, I kinda toyed with the idea of using quotes in the beginning and ending of my video cause this show just has so many great quotes. However, be careful of doing so, after awhile of hearing the same line every time you watch the video, it gets old, real fast.
