I could probably easily get your videos played there. One of the guys working there told me he could probably get videos of mine on VCD played there, along with there already existing line up. There not just playing VicBond people, there playing a multitude of videos.Scintilla wrote:Here's pre-emptive permission to show any of mine that are currently available for DL. Try giving them a copy of AEO:EB and see how many customers they fool into thinking it's legitx_rex30 wrote:I could probably go there later and ask them to stop playing them, and ask permission from the creators first.

(Actually, I really didn't like the "song", but it's still an example.)

I never understood why people would be upset that their vids were being shown publically. Hell, as long as no one was taking credit for making them, I'd be fuckin stoked.
It would be akward to go up to some random person and be like, "Yeah, I made that..."

The best effects are the ones you don't notice.

Ummmm.... Too long!!!! >_< They play AMVs, along with Game previews, Music Videos that you'd see on MTV2, and commercials. I really think its cool when they play RvsB... ^_^ Anyways, a full hour of just that would get in the way of other types of advertisement.Voices_Of_Ryan wrote:Yes 0o and YesCastor Troy wrote:Dude, get Gamestop to show the NES Project! 8)

Yeah, I'm aware of the consequences. Thank you, all of you, for reiterating what I know would happen.
First, they probably wouldn't have the highest-quality version of my video; but secondly, and much more importantly, a store, or any commercial entity, would most likely be using said video as a tool to sell a product.
I refuse to aid them in sales.
That doesn't mean I wouldn't find it funny.I wrote: It's not bloody likely to happen, and it'd be really bad if it did
Actually, I'd ask them to cease and desist.x_rex30 wrote: But wouldn't you be like thrilled to hear your video is being played on some big screen in some store??? Who wouldn't??
