I can't download. I'm not new

It says error your trying to download too soon after your last download. I have not downloaded scince yesterday

If you have any download accelerators, disable them (or use a different browser).

That's about all I can think of; however, this problem has been discussed a lot in past threads, so a little forum searching should turn up the answer...
