Jerry Goldsmith died at 75

If you know know this guy, you should be kicked in the nuts. He was a composer for several film scores including many of the Star Trek themes. He died after his fight with cancer. 1929 - 2004

He was truly one of the giants of cinematic music. Thanks for all the great music, Jerry Goldsmith!

Well, after checking IMDb I see that you are right.

This is very sad Jerry Goldsmith was a great composer who did some of the most recognized and loved movie/TV score. Some of my favorites being:
Rambo
Logan's Run
Star Trek (Movies)
Alien
Congo (not a good movie but good music)
and many more
