Should Anime Screencaps have its own forum?

...and I just want to remind all of the other users who "voiced" their votes to actually follow through and vote by choosing the selection at the top and then hitting the vote button. I've heard many agreements from you guys but so far there's only 3 total votes and I made the 3rd one.

i think the org already has enough threads, this seems to be a very narrow topic of discussion for an ENTIRE threadto be dedicated to.
