What has been the most surprising scene who've ever witnessed? Something that just left your mouth hanging, something that made you say to yourself "Oh... my... God... I can't believe it!".
***Doesn't necessarily have to be anime.

Pokémon
Ash losing in the Indigo League. I would have never seen that coming. I was expecting it to end like most shows with a hero like that. You know, he comes from behind and wins everything, but he actually lost! That was one of the most surprising turn of events for me.

ReBoot
The other Bob being Megabyte. First of all, I was getting pretty sad at that part. I thought that Glitch-Bob (yes, I know he had already seperated from Glitch at this time.) was going to leave for good. I couldn't believe that part. But then that whole Glitch downloading stuff just confused me even more. All of a sudden, Bob turns into Megabyte, and Glitch-Bob goes back to normal. I was pratically cheering because the Bob I was rooting for, Glitch-Bob, ended up being the real one. But Bob being Megabyte almost gave me a heart attack.

How about you guys?

I have to agree with Perfect Blue. That surprised me at the end. I was NOT expecting that at all. Though, I won't spoil it for anyone.

Though my list of what I've seen is of course pretty small (about 22 or so), Utena being stabbed in the back probably rates pretty high up there. O_o Definitely a "WTF?!" moment. I probably should've seen it coming, or something, but I didn't.

Fruits Basket Spoilers:

The ending of Fruits Basket. The whole show was fairly benevolent and feel-good... And then all of the sudden, Kyo is turned into a monster! Furthermore, the issues with his mother were just kinda shocking. I mean, to have a show like that end like that... Wow.. that's all I can say.. Wow.

Um... Actually, I was asking more along the lines of the scenes. Just the whole episode or movie is great, but a little boring. Come on, relive the moment by describing it to us.

A lot of these I've never seen, so I wouldn't really know what you're talking about.

Never heard anything about the movie... and thought it was a basic sword-play movie... she turns into a car after a giant Car Wash lands upon her....
