Otakon Get Together - Time and Place

Oh darn, I won't make it.

Not only this will be my third year at Otakon but this will also be my first time cosplaying! I'm gonna be cosplaying as Sana's Mom from Kodomo No Omocha. (AKA cheap kimono with a squrriel house on my head.) If you guys see me, come up to me and say hi. HOPE TO SEE YA!!

Hmm...not too many "I'll be there" replies despite the chatter. I will have 2 people with me mckeed so you can add them to the list as well.

Add me to the list, but I'm quasi local and intend on getting a full day's worth of work in before heading over to the prereg area. Traffic always being interesting, I'll make a note to grab people's numbers and meet up whenever I do get there.

Well damn it.... I'll be there. Also I'm sure Geoff will want to come.
He REALLY needs to get involved int he AMV community if he's going to keep doing the contest.

B) We're meeting at a time I'll be able to make it.

I think to get some "I'll be there's" we need to set a definite time and place (which I don't think has ever really been set in stone, which I know is difficult to do).

So I guess my response is I'll be there so long as I can be there, if that makes any sense

The time is 7:30 for the meeting. I will make a sign to bring with me so everyone should be able to find me. I will be in the pre-reg line pretty early to get in and out quick. If you can find me, you can wait with me ans possibly save some time waiting on line. So far I see like 7 people who said they could make the 7:30 time. If you want to be on the Cell list, please email me at mckeen@alum.rpi.edu with real name, org name, and cell number and I'll start compiling the list. Also state in the email if you can make the 7:30 time for the meeting. Thanks.

Ok, well I'll be looking for you. I doubt I'll have a cell on me though. I'll be there at 7:30 assuming I can find you, and if I can find you in line, even better

I agree.... The more you're involved with it the more creators trust that person and the better it is to run a contest...
