nes project download

im attempting to download the nes project using bit torrent but theres nothing to download from. i was wondering if someone could seed? it, give me a link to where i could download it from a site or something like, or just explain what seeding is.

seeding means someone who has the full file is hooked up to bittorrent. Then they can send (upload) pieces of the file to people waiting to download it. If there are no seeds, your download probably won't finish.

...my explanation, it may not cover the details but I think it's basically correct.
