for those of you who know NGE, many of the AMVs out there are usually on Shinji, Asuka, and NGE. Very few people try an AMV based on Rei Ayanami. What would be a good song for an AMV based on her?

I have a good idea i think, it's from a project band by Dave Grohl (Nirvana, Foo Fighters) named Probot. Dave does all the instruments and famous singers from his favorite bands write and sing the lyrics. This song is sung by Eric Wagner from Trouble. It's called My Tortured Soul. It's a bit of a harder song, but the lyrics are sung really emotional and very good.

it doesn't say it's raining, it's "I wish it would rain"
It's kind of pointing towards a depressed state, ass to, i wish the world would be as sad an depressed as me now (or something like that)

The wall flowers "God don't make lonely girls" from bringing down the horse. I can't find my little paper slip with the lyrics but I think it would fit really well one of the most repeated lines is "God don't make lonely girls" and as far as I know there are only 6-12 wall flower songs and this song isn't used in any of them ..... God I wish I had the lyrics. if someone knows of a site where I can find lyrics that would be great.

Anyhow, I've been thinking for a while now that "Suite Madame Blue" by Styx would be a good Rei song, using Gendou's glasses as the "Looking Glass" (or, alternately, Lillith's Egg-thing clasped between Rei/Lillith's hands).
