Download using FlashGet

hi everyone..I'm still kinda new here, and I was hoping to d/l some AMVs using FlashGet since I have a slow connection, and it gets d/c in 4 hours or less. Flashget enables downloads to be resumed, even after disconnection. I want to use it, but i need the direct url of the file. when i d/l it here, the window automatically pops up and flashget file manager doesn't...please help me...what can i do?

ya know considering the ever growing number of "how do i make an amv ?" type threads, i think something like this is excusable. and i was just asking AD about this same thing.
