The contest was great, very good videos in the final list so i'm very honored to be on the top of it . The audience return was completly fantastic, and the 3 firsts video received a great welcome from the people in the room. On the diffusing panel, there was a constant large number of people looking at the AMVs continously diffused during all the convention (that's not usual in France). We even meet a Connichi organisator that said he liked the event.
So it was A really good convention, i hope i can at the same place in the next year , and the contest be international, to even have more fun

That's the point maybe... last year they had no rules in english.Vlad G Pohnert wrote:Hmmm.. maybe I should vist the event next year if they accept international videos
Vlad
And Hito & Tyler, I think french videos can compare to other videos from all over the world easily. Remember Conneko? So it would be hard for any international creator to win there, if not too hard
So plz rules in english too next year

I get some answer about this: the contest organisators were not against an international contest, but they said that it was the convention organisator, that doesn't want. As it is him that decide at final ... that the explanation they gave me.
Anyway, with the audience return they had, and "french" videos are improving, i hope they'll have the good idea to open the contest to international participants on next year.
and optionally i'll be glad (the others too i guess) to welcome you all in Paris
