need help on hard ware and software

Hi..i'm new to your forums,.... what kind of software can i use to make music video's ...i have a dvd drive is that all i need for the hardware? And is there any tutorals that any one know that are good.

Oh, and as far as hardware goes, you'll probably want reliable RAM, and lots of it.

Hard disk space is nice too; aim for at least 200 GB. More is always better.

There's a lot that factors into hardware decisions. I suggest doing research about the following topics:

- hard drive subsystems, RAID
- cooling (which is, sadly, often neglected)
- graphics boards
- display devices, aspect ratios, color calibration
- video-specific hardware, just so you know that it exists (i.e. real-time effects processors, hardware decoders, specialized input devices such as the Shuttle, etc)

well i have to harddrives one is 124 GB and another one which is 80 GB
cool..i guess i should buy a new case with more fans on it.....but any ways thax ^_^

Why bother with a case and fans when you can just pile all the components under the nearest air conditioner?
