Since he's unable to log on to the Org, I'm posting this for him.
"Okay, to be more specific, when I go to type in my screenname (Orion/Osiris) I click in the box and hold down shift to capitalize the O. Then I get a weird bow that says

Then it gives me three choices, Abort, Retry, or Ignore."
Anyone know what's up?

His IE is f---ed up. I bet he'll be able to log in on other people's machines fine.
Maybe clearing the stored usernames/passwords would help? Or switching to Mozilla or Firefox?

your friend might have a virus or spyware on his computer that is forcing IE to crash, the same thing happens to my friends IE after being infested with spyware. Try using a different browser. My friend uses MSN explorer right now, and works fine, but you have a bunch of choices to choose from for a browser. Good Luck.
