wont let me upload my video plz help

well when i try to get passed the step after entering the anime that it came from. i get an error that says music not listed and anime not listed. i know i added them correct. can anyone help me with this?

Theres no vids under that song and anime. there are to the anime, but not with the song.

i can see my entry in the new anime videos list but it wont let my upload it b/c it says the song and anime arent entered.

oooo its not uploading. when i was adding the video and the anime i clicked the check boxes, thats why it wouldnt let me enter them. jeaz that was so frustrating.
