Electric Guitar (solo or rhythm): In Kodomo no omocha Sana-chan plays her little guitar/keyboard thingy a lot.

Drums (kit or hand): Sailor moon (R, I think?) there's a scene where a girl plays traditional Japanese drums. I can tell you the ep if you want it.
