Creed is no more. New band called Alter Bridge

That's right after 8 years together creed is no more. They tried to put together one more cd but it wasn't any fun for them it seemed like work and stress. So they decided instead of forcing music they would break up. So Scott went his own way and did a song for the movie The Passion of Christ. And the other 3 members of creed hooked up with another lead singer and started a new band. And they have a new hit out called Open Your Eyes. And there album will be coming out August 10th.

Sad that creed is no more. A great band for there time. Great music and a lot of meaning in there songs. You don't get that much any more. Creed will live on here with me. And maybe in the future I'll make another creed amv. But it willn't be for a while and no it willn't be another Outlaw Star video.

Creed was for half hearted Christian pussies who couldn't listen to real hard rock.

And, I'm glad the new band didn't choose the name Marduk, because that name is already taken.

Okay maybe I don't keep up with the music world like I should about bands breaking up. And 2 it is all how you interpret the lyrics. So they make reference to god in their songs. But if you ever took a listen to their lyrics you would find so much meaning behind them and how much they could relate to everyone in certain situations and delivers a message to the listener.

not to mention that the lead singer is an overbearing self-centered peice of trash, that thinks hes the second coming of Christ.

Freako's prediction : The next time you see Scott S. is when you turn on VH1 and his face is plastered all over on of their "When they used to be Stars !!" shows.

I heard alter bridge's song called "Open your eyes". I think I'm going to like this new band. Probably as much as creed. But all this bs about creed being christian them sucking that's all just a bunch opinions. Just because I like creed doesn't mean I don't have a wide variety taste for music. Metallica, Linkin Park, country music, there are so many more bands I could name but it would take me forever.

I do agree what you said about scott in the first part. But still the music is what counts. I just try to ignore the fact of his personality not to interfer with the music they produced.
