maybe that was an Indian dub... just my opinionIn4ser wrote:I heard it has been dubbed not sure but i did hear gaara had an indian accent lol
well that's a good reason to choose one company over anotherdon't care who dubs... i'll watch japanese version anywayz
just because the original exists, does NOT guarantee that the US distributor will include the original on the discs

but so far i've only heard that the company 4Kids does that.. they did that to Shaman King that i heard of... don't know about Pokemon.. i think they dubbed that too, but i don't have any pokemon dvds, so i couldn't tell ya
yea it's been addressed, but stillnaruto=dbz cause goku=naruto and they fight a lot
surfaces stories are not what make most popular anime popular, remember? it's the message that's in the show or the subplots, the characters that make a show great, not what they do, but how they do it
goku fights for the sheer friggin' fun of it, he only trains to be strong so that he can beat the next challenge and move on and on.. and on.. and on, and we get a spank load of humor on the way, i'm sure they're more to it, but that's all i can say for now since i haven't seen all of DB
naruto fights to prove a point, he's proving wrong every bad philosophy that he comes across, he's a child seeing the world with the eyes of a child without being corrupted by the world... tis kule to watch teh growth
dbz's subplots are family and overall freedom of oppression, and the o-so-popular good>evilspoilers wrote:first he's the embodiedment of a demon and he proves that that doesn't matter, he's still a human being on the inside... next to the demon 8)
then he meets Zabuza and Haku and their philosophies of becoming true ninjas (tools) and he overcomes that and creates his ninja way
he meets Neji and his outlook on life where you can't change who you are and Hinata who is afraid to and Naruto's living proof that ur birth doesn't dictate what ur life will be
he meets Gaara who seems to be what Naruto would have become if he had not met friends like Iruka and his teammates and i'm not sure what he proves here... but it's kule to see them go at it when they're so similar but so ultimately different
naruto's subplots are all woven together with the actual characters, but because of it's violent nature, it has little choice but to be a good>evil anime, but that's the least of it, the characters are what make this anime
..don't knock good>evil.. it's the corner stone of many many good anime
