heads up: your sig banner is too big. 40 pixs tall max, as stated by the forum rules.

As for the video: It was ok for a first video. I felt more hits should have been synched, and some of the clips seemed a bit random, but descent first try. The quality is better than alot I see, though the subs and divx logo are still distracting.
