Besides, I think most trolls actually read the rules. The key to note is that most cons other than AWA don't have anti-trolling rules. It's just a convention in the community that people don't troll said videos...

Avators
make in your avator that are 1000x1000. make sure the filesize is at least 5 megs.

make sure the avators are offensive to at least 3 different groups.

put random pictures of porno in your avator. don't hesitate to use any picture. the more nuns that would drop dead by looking at the picture the better.

if a newbie is annoying you in a forum, put an i hate "member x" in your avator.

for the hell of it, have your avator, belittle the mods and admins at every possible momment.

if they delete your avator, just put a new more offensive one back in its place.

if you get bad, see earlier section of guide for using your back up accounts.

The .org allows you to have one picture as an avatar, and one other for your profile. You should host these offsite if at all possible, which will allow them to be both larger and more offensive. Many jerks on the .org have neither a profile pic nor an avatar, but you are more recognizable as an asswad when other members can put a "face" to the hate.
For your profile pic, use something pornographic and as large as possible in terms of filesize and dimensions. Make this as offensive as possible; if nuns don't drop dead and at least 3 different interest groups don't want to sue you by the time the thing finally finishes loading, you're doing something wrong. When the mods decide to ban you for doing this, protest that the 360-pixel width limit on profile pictures just scrunches it up so that it looks like nothing (except a tall thin slice of pixellated ass, which it does), and that people who download it and look at it without the restriction are looking to be offended.
Your forum avatar should be again as large as possible, while still fitting into the rough 80x80 box allowed. Animated .gifs are an excellent way to do this; why have a still-image jpeg avatar when you can have a 1000-frame .gif-a containing nothing but that single image? Long-duration animations also allow you to slip in porn pictures every few dozen frames, then pretend that other people are seeing things when they accuse you of breaking the rules. Blame other people when they flame you because your avatar takes a day and a half to load.
At first, use a stock or stock-like avatar. As soon as you get into a fight with someone, though, change it to include an insulting message about your latest foe. Do this often and clog up other users' browser caches.
If people start ignoring you, change your avatar to display insulting and/or belittling messages about the mods. Start by accusing them of sodomy with barn animals and go from there.
Always keep a secondary avatar around in case the mods delete your normal avatar. This backup avatar should be more offensive and more annoying. Eventually your avatar priveleges will be taken away, but the point is to be as much of a jerk with this feature as you can, for as long as possible.
Addendum: The .org also allows two signature images. Use two 1280x1024 wallpapers (anime; porn models will just get you banned) at first, then go to normal-sized sig banners using the guidelines on avatars above as soon as the screaming dies down and you get your sig priveleges back.
