Squaresoft game, Evanescence song.

I clicked on that topic, saw the link, and was like 'Oh, another one'. The guy in the topic is just hollering away about how great the movie is, and everyone else in the topic steadily agrees with him.

Are you incinuating that we should flame them and bash the video?

(and errr, sory for the double post)
I'll have to agree with bum here. If you've never seen a whizzbang AE-orgy special-effects wank video, if you just happened to stumble across something you found on some random site, putting footage to music is awfully cool, d00d.

Keep in mind that we have been watching videos for years, have seen hundreds of them, know what's been done millions of times before, and are in many cases immune to the "ooh, neat!" effect. (I'm not, but I'm considered a carbuncle on the face of AMVing, so.)

In other words, yes, we are jaded. Sometimes that's good - it leads to avoiding overused things and trying to break new ground. Sometimes it's bad - like wanting to stomp on newbies just because they think AMVs/GMVs themselves are cool.

In short: They don't know any better. Lay the fuck off.

I'll NEVER forgive CJayC for that new and FUCKING UGLY site design. I'll just let it slide a little since we still have the option for the old-style board (which has to be set every day, but eh).

what do ya mean you'l never forgive him ? he probaly doesnt know you, he doesnt give the shit, and its not like ya can do anything to him anyway.
On the flip side, you didn't have to take what I said that literally.

Of course a webmaster doesn't care what some random guy thinks.

Don't mind bum, he takes very thing literally......and I mean everything.

So in other words, a Square game to an Evanescence song automatically = bad video?

I don't see your point...either that, or I don't see the sense in your point. O_o

Yeah, STH, I'll lay the fuck off. Not much to do there, since I never said anything, never despised their choice in AMV, never shouted at them for being stupid, never called them n00bs, NEVER EVEN SAID SOMETHING BAD ABOUT THE VIDEO!

Yeah, there's a lot to make up there. I'm really sorry guys, I hope you'll forgive my sins.

That sin stuff wasn't for real, bum.
