Playing a vid backwards

I wanted to know, how do you go about making a vid clip play backwards?

Ulead Vidstudio 8 but I don't think that can do it

I've got premier and WMM2 sitting there aswell if they'll do the trick.

In Premiere you can rightclick the clip, select speed and then click reverse. You can also enter a negative value.
I don't know the other progs but i guess it works quite similar there.
