Probably Perfect Blue for me. I finally bought it and it rules!!!!!!!!!!

But, I just couldn't help but be disturbed with the movie. Still an excellent movie nontheless.

three answers :
1. this anime my brother saw in China about kids stabbing snakes for fun
2. Neon Genesis End of evangelion- Seeing asuka in eva unit 02 stabbing the shit outta the white eva series.
3. Devilman- The birth of a demon (or something like that) Seeing Ryo stab that girl in the tit with the broken beer bottle and pulling it out, spilling blood and beer mixed together...

I think it might just have to be Akira for me too. I loved the ending of that movie.

If not... Devilman reminded me of something. Devilman Lady! The very fact that it was made, just the title, is one of the most bizarre things ever.

And then there's Rei's eyes. She has my favorite eyes of all anime characters but... they're so red. Now I want red eyes 8) .

Get red eye disease or something and you'll have red eyes. As for the question. The thing that really disturbed was when these anime characters started cannibalizing.

I haven't a clue what series that was, but sure as hell, that was the one anime (might have been manga) that made me numb like N2. It might have been Korean made...

Other then that one:

Eva was disturbing, I can still remember every scream that Shinji made.

Well Now & There, Here & There has got some brutal scenes :\

I would also say Bible Black has a fucked up opening and El(the hentai, NOT El Hazard), has some brutal torture in it :\
