the Cat returns has one in it, (the main character turns into a cat girl for part of the show) and TONS of cats aswell. Latest one from Miyazaki.

Also, The obvious Escaflowne... (if they count as cat girls...)

Hey, don't forget the original episode 8 in Cardcaptor Sakura where Sakura dresses up as a cat for her battle costume. It looks SO CUTE!
