Hello. I was just wondering how - if you can - submit an ADV? and what if it's in .mov?
Help needed and much appreciated.

Okay, for the basic information about setting up and uploading a video, see HERE for setting up a new AMV for download, and if you wish to upload to the Golden Donut server, click HERE

And it doesn't matter that your movie is in the .mov format. The .mov format is a movie format and can be used for AMVs. It is best to try and use .mpg files though.
