That's...a lot of Slayers. I was out with one of my best friends the other day, and she had brought along a few friends from one of her school...and it turns out one of them is a Slayers fan. Which is weird, because I'd met her before and I had no idea she was into anime. She seemed to really like it, though, and she was telling me how funny it was. I'll have to rent the movie next time I see it.

Is there anything BESIDES Slayers coming out? I know Gravitation is due out later this month.

Let's not forget that CPM (yet another division of Central Park Media) is handling the Slayers manga...

I don't know when it's due out, but Genoen/Pioneer will eventually be releasing ROD the TV. I like how Genoen/Pioneer generally knows what they're doing when handling anime releases, but I'll be damned if I could ever actually afford their stuff (except for the Geneon Signature Series low[er] priced re-releases, which is how I got my Lain and Akira). Ah well, that's why they invented bootlegs...

I'll probably get in all kinds of crap, now.

I love slayers, both in Japanese and English. I'm hoping premium will have all the original cast - otherwise, it's not the same

Uh, since ADV licensed Slayers Premium, they're obviously going to use VAs from their own turf. Fortunetely, they hired Crispan Freeman to play Zelgadis of which I already said in my previous post.
