Computer games don't affect kids. I mean, if Pac Man affected us as kids, we'd all run around in a darkened room, munching pills, and listening to repetitive music~Kristian Wilson, CEO, Nintendo Gaming Corporation

In a technical sense, yes. It's fairly obvious (to me, anyway) that opinions are stored in a row in the database that includes the op itself (and all that goes into that), a 'public' flag, and a last modified time. As changing the public flag changes the last modified, it's technically an update.ZeWrestler wrote:true, but if i don't change the opinion itself, has it really changed??
