Am I the only retard that couldn't find this "wonderful" new chat room? That's why I hate IRC.

The web clients wouldn't work for me so I had to download mIRC... And now I am confused.

This really sucks! IRC is lame and people are more accustomed to the AIM room. Doh, I don't know what you crazy people were thinking so I'm going to continue going to the AMV AIM chat room. Hell, I even added it as a Favorites.

No, I could not make it work either. And Xchat was a unix program. I don't know how to use/install unix programs.

...Irc taunts me. Pc help me's not work, and mac things I find are to complicated. I can't do command line stuff, I just barely figgured out how to point and click.

Install mIRC. Go to Options menu, set your nick, and then go to "zirc" in the dropdown menu. Click "Ok", then click the lightning bolt in the toolbar at the top. Next, when it connects, type this in the status window

/join #amv

It may take a few seconds, to account for the lag time. There ya go.

WOW THIS IRC IS TRULY A MAGNIFICENT THING. I'M IN THERE FOLLOWING ALL THE RULES EXCEPT FOR ONE WARNING I GOT, AND THEY BANNED ME. TALK ABOUT POWER HUNGRY.
