Help an org member out!

I think I could spare about $10 or $20 I'm getting this weekend from graduation gifts, maybe more.
Flint is a great guy off the Org. Although I haven't met him in real life, playing Diablo 2 with him is fun, and he would probably be even funnier and such in real life, not in a game or on a BB.
You have my word on a donation, I just need to get the money and an address to send a check.

hobos own paypal accounts? wait, what's this bum's p.o. box?nailz1000 wrote:Your analogy is like buying your mothers starbucks™ coffee instead of offering a mcdonalds™ burger to the hungry bum on the street.
you're an asshole nailz. i hope taking people's money feels good.
as for the people donating, this money isn't going to cj. it's going to nailz. apart from the fact that we don't even know how cj broke his damn leg and nailz making fun of amv by saying everyone here are donation-happy retards, i'd say this is pretty fucked.
add to that the missing proof and why this topic still exists is beyond me.

I trust Nailz. More than just about anyone I've ever known on the net.
No, it's not always a good idea to trust people on the net, and I won't fault you for being skeptical about it. But Nailz was the one person to offer me a place to go when I really needed to go somewhere else. He's not taking their money.
I know his address. PH34R
As for proof, I will have it up tomorrow. I promise that.

People like you give me a warm fuzzy feeling inside. Tell you what, if you want to add in like $150 for gas and tolls, I'll personally DRIVE to chicago and take a picture of myself handing CJ the fucking check. Otherwise, I'll take goddamn footage of me writing the check, putting it in an envelope and sending it off, and I'm sure Flint will be happy to take a picture of him HOLDING the check when he gets it.Kamoc wrote:you're an asshole nailz. i hope taking people's money feels good. as for the people donating, this money isn't going to cj. it's going to nailz. add to that the missing proof and why this topic still exists is beyond me.
Don't you EVER accuse me of stealing from people again. Thats the lowest from of bullshit I have EVER taken from ANYONE. Insult the idea all you want, but don't you ever insult my integrety.
Jesus Christ. I hosted your goddamn pictures on my website for this forum. BIG pictures! You never asked, no one asked. Someone said they needed a server, and I willingly gave up mine. People ask me for help, I give it to them.
Ugh, forget it... I'm done on the subject. I'm sorry you don't feel you can trust me. I guess I'm not doing enough to earn it. I'm just trying to do something nice for someone. A lot of other people have been really gracious and are trying to do the right thing as well. I surely am not the type of guy who'd just wander off with these donations into oblivion. I had hoped I had left a greater impression on people over my time here than that. Certianly, with the amount of donations so far, it appears I have.
I've gotten some more cash rolling in guys, I'll have an update tomarrow morning.

did i ever ask you to put my pictures up? did cj ask you to do this for him?
don't you go off and say that what you're doing is 'right' when you're doing it without consideration of the person you're trying to help.

Well, from what I understand, kindness is doing something without feeling obligation. Without feeling pressure. Nailz took it upon himself to do what others would consider a kindness had the other person asked. Doing something kind without first being approached, in my opinion, is the only true kindness. He's not being manipulative; he doesn't expect anything from me. He doesn't care about his online image, he has nothing to gain from this at all. And I believe that he won't steal the money.Kamoc wrote:did i ever ask you to put my pictures up? did cj ask you to do this for him?
I can't influence what you believe, and I won't try. But I still think what Nailz did was kind, even if it makes me a little uncomfortable and under-the-spotlight.
