I've seen this video, and I thought it was decent at best. Granted, I haven't seen all of Macross or any of Les Mis. I'm sure I would have enjoyed the video much more if I was familiar with the anime or the play. I only mention this for all the people who will, based on your rave review, bust their asses trying to get a hold of the video only to be disapointed.

I have that video......its freaking funny as all hell. It is quite the parallel in my opinion, but there is excelent use of footage in that amv that makes it verry good and very funny at the same time....i'd recomend it to anyone who likes les mis.

My vids a Robotech vid btw ;-p he really shoulda' made his teeny since Macross isn't much of a technical splendor anyway ;-p (ala my 8mb 4 minute vid Domo P(er)refect

WOW! I never even THOUGHT of something like this too Robotech (Macross... DAMIT I WANT THE PREDATOR TACTICS OF THE NOVELS!!)

Scary thing is I even plan on doing a vid to Les Mis' Castle on a Cloud (probly too Akira, it's perfect, if you wanna beat me too this be my guest, I wish you luck, I have a million things also to do and I'd much rather watch it once or maybe more rather than make it than watch it a million times ;-p, not that I wouldn't 'like' that)

Scarier is that I was listening too a playlist of songs I plan to do and right when this was d/led (i accidentally forgot to save as...) CoaC came on... I got all goosey and thought my speakers were possessed for a moment...

I'll never look at Robotech the same way.... but there's still NOWAY CoaC would fit better with RT than Akira....

Also Minmay's (RT calls her 'Minmay') singing voice is like glass but Minmei's (Macross) laugh is like a DONKEY!! Either way it's much better muted ;-p

i just got back from axny and someone did a west side bebop.....not as well lip synced....but still amusing....it won best of comedy and best of show.
