Great Anime Hero and Vilian who should duke it out

I have been trying to decide who would be the greatest challenge to one another and the fight of the century. I have been collecting names of many vilians and who would be a great challenge to one another. What I am mainly looking for are those who are normal mortals. I mean not anything like DBZ or Yu-Yu-Hakashu but just normal. So far the only ones who I can come up with is Kohiko of Soul Hunter and Vicious from Cowboy Bebop. anyway that is my opionion.

gattz (hero) vs zeram (villian)
gattz is know has the blackswordsman, slayed over 1000 men, and can fight for hours at a time.
zeram is a sweet villian who dosnt talk just fights and i think killed alot of people and tanks on the planet mice.

Personally, I'd like to see Pikachu versus various random powerful tentacle monsters myself, but that's just me.
