DK's 1st Blood Premiere

Post by Daio Kaji » Thu May 27, 2004 10:14 am

woot!
finally finished my 1st video with adobe premiere, i didn't mean this is my first premiered video, just the first with adobe premiere

it's a blood: the last vampire video, haven't seen too many good ones myself
i forgot to give thnx to fluxmeister for kinda giving me the song idea, he made a korn video and limp bizkit is a close friend of korn's, so that's what led me to find this song, Boiler, it's one of their more original sounding songs... compared to their usual stuff i mean, so i guess i'll give fluxy thnx in the video info

Oooooh, righteous. This better rock or I'm disowning you. My internet will be in use until later tonight, so I'll get it while I sleep. ^_^

not to bad...

It had decent video quality only went down at full screen but over all it was good. You also had some good timing..and some decent lyric sync...had a little trouble staying focused but is most likely due to the fact that im not to fond of LB granted it is one of the better video that i have seen to them....so good job there...only problem that i had was the sub titles but i dont know if you can get them out of that movie since even in the english version there is still parts taht are in japanese. hmmm oh well any way like i said good job

thnx for the feedback toji

yeah, the english version has subtitles too :?
(does that mean if you watch in japanese... the japanese parts turn english  .. nah, i think they're normally suppose to be speaking in english, so they would have a subtitle that read 'in japanese: text')

but i guess it's a nice touch to the movie having multiple languages.. but not good for AMVs

i agree with the quality issue, if i had better encoding skills, it could have looked better, the source i had wasn't too bad, maybe when i get enough time in my life to remaster, i'll be good enough to make this look better... hopefully

if i can convince Tab to help me out again, i can get a 10 mb .rm version of this for transfering over MSNM or AIM or even YahooM... otherwise sadly no, this is the "hq" version, lol

well flint, i can't say this rocks as much as a regular action video would, but it's got it's fair share of action, but if you want, you can wait til i burn it on cd for you since we live in the same city n all :)

For a first vid with Premiere the act sync it's very good

But I wish you could make a better encode , because I'm a fan of LB and I enjoyed it the vid a lot.I always watch AMVs at full scren and unfortunately the pixellation it's very strong in parts with fast action.

If you install AMVappin your comp you can try to make your distro versions (even with DivX,but I recommend 2 pass Xvid encoding) with smaller filesize, if you compress your audio with Lame Mp3, PCM audio files are too big to use in distro versions of AMVs ~_~

if you don't mind , tomorrow , while I'm ripping some DVDs i can make a smaller version of your vid and upload at my website for a while , if you agree with that I'll put the link here tomorrow ^^
Nothing usefull here .

hey, that'd be great, let's see if we can't get sum sort of instant messaging going, i'll be using both aim and msn messenger for a while

pixelation?..odd, i didn't get any, maybe u just meant the quality lowered at sum parts?
