Just weird since the site is called AnimeMusicVideos.org, not saying the video was bad or anything or that you shouldn't host it. I just think it's kind of silly to enter it in an Anime Music Video catelog.

i would tend to agree with you tobin. .. except for the fact that there are tons of live action vids already listed (not to mention the a-holes that upload them to the donut), and I could get into the whole (Final Fantasy is not Anime) discussion ....... but I wont.

Anyone really have a problem with my video just being listed ?
(with alternative hsoting of course)

if so then I'll just take the damn thing down.

The way I see it, is if it has anything at all to do with anime (ex Sailor moon live action, etc) then *I* don't see the problem with Alternative hosting and listing it, but I don't run the site, so....

If its just Live action with no relevance to Anime at all or even Japan, then probably something that doesn't realy belong in the catalog. It would kinda defeat the whole purpose of the catalog, to list ever AMV ever created, not LAMV ;p This area seems to be loosly moderated, so yea you will find some people who still insist on posting them.

Best thing to do when in doupt is check with Phade or a moderator. We forum regulars can only give our opinions, we have no power.

infact i applaud the usage of one of the best movies in horror

It is defeating the purpose of the site though. Someone really should make another site for other kinds of music videos. I also agree that this is one of the greatest horror movies ever but i'm not letting that prejudice get in the way of the fact that it is silly to enter it in an AMV catelog. One time I found a Seinfeld video listed here, tell me that's not stupid to have listed in an AMV catelog.

I honestly think people should make more vids like these as I'm sure they could be fun but there's no need to list them here as this isn't really the place to look for vids like that.

This is anime: Yes No

so im gonna take that point as being .. (as long as its not on the donut) Phade doesn't care.
