Signature Image(s) Question

From what I can tell, nothing like this has been asked, and it will...take a bit of work for the question to make sense. So...here it goes.

What is/are the rule(s) pertaining to multiple signature images?

The rules I am used to, and will likely continue to use without learning the specifics, is that the total dimmensional and file size cannot exceed the base forum rules. That being said, I do have examples.

Legal by my current definitions:
{w x h}

+ 600x40
+ 600x20 (top) 600x20 (bottom)
+ 300x40 (right) 300x40 (right)
+ any variation maintaining 600x40

Anyway, I'm pretty sure that IS listed on the site. But what I see in your sig looks completely legal. So don't worry too much.

I those "comments" in my sig because people have complained about how I misspell "Endymion," and the image didn't quite look how I envissioned it...

I use the rule of thumb here. Common sense.

If the image forces someone to have to scroll to the right to read a post, then it's too wide.

If the image takes too long to scroll down to the next post, it's too tall.

If the image(s) take too long to load, don't use them or lower the size.

I'm sure if you follow those guidelines in any forum, you'll be just fine. But none of those rules are the official guidelines. So if you want the official guidelines, then I'm sorry I couldn't help.
