Kaze no Yojimbo

Looking through the anime section at best buy when I came across this title. I was just wondering if it was any good. Looked interesting but I haven't been able to find out too much about it 'cept that it's based off of a 60's film.
Anyone seen the subs, or is there a brave soul who actually owns the english dub of the first volume?

Kaze no Yojimbo was great. Far too many people dwell on things like "crappy low-framerate fight scences" and such and not enough on the stylised comedy. I'm really not sure how I'd descibe it. I guess you could say it's the comedy man's action-drama,

Kaze no Yojimbo is a lot like a Sherlock Holmes novel, really. It's quite full of mysteries, and it's very different from most of it's genre. That is that it never quite seems to mutate into another type of anime altogether, which is what generally happens. I suppose I'm not very helpful, but it's a pretty good buy, I'd advise you to get it were you of my tastes. Alas, I know not your tastes.

i love it. I can't wait until bandai releases the dvds >.< the movie it's kinda based off of is interesting also. you can really see a similarity.
