it'd just take longer for them to do so with a time restriction
also... what if the 'pros' decided to delete their videos... sure it'd be their right to do so, but then where would we all learn from and aspire to if not the 'pros'
the current system seems fine, it just needs a kick in the teeth to get moving... that's where flint comes in
