Tenchi Muyo! might be a good one for ya. The OVA or the Universe series. Not Tenchi in Tokyo.... that one just... sucked.

I don't consider escaflowne as really a "romantic" anime genre wise, but there is a little bit in it later on.

twas nice though not that romantic it has excelent plot!

i saw a site(kinda official looking) once that had alot of info of animes
