incomplete "download complete"

Hey,

I really can't troubleshoot an AOL issue since I don't have AOL. The easiest thing to do is to try using a different browser. Firefox is small, light, and free. See if that fixes the issue.

Thamks. Don't worry about helping more, you (and everyone else on this topic) has been more of a help than everyone else i tried (like DELL).
