The lack of Conventions Sadness

Post by Nekoboy Sal » Tue May 11, 2004 1:32 pm

Well I'v been living near Chicago for the middle of my life till now. There were tons of convnetion posabilities, but I never made one. :( Now I'v moved! :D To where I'll probably never see a convention!
Some one give me hope! Has anyone ever heard of a Con in Ireland!?

Oh I'm new to the boards, but I'v been a member for like a year.

Any way, even help of Finding Newtype U.K. or something would be great! I'm still importing American Stuff, Cuz its just to hard to find anything. There was one place in Cork that had anything, but limmited and the prices were on crack. €44 for Akira Volume one! I still bought it, I'm a sucker.
I will visit a Convention! And I will cos Anavel Gato!
Hail Zeon!

Thanks for your help, If any.

I believe that should be 'Seig Zeon!' but I'm nitpicking.

And Anavel's been done already. By me. (of course, i claimed 'generic' since my costume sucked so bad. But I'll still wear it again this year anyways.) As for cons, I was hoping someone could point out a web page that lists all the upcoming cons. I saw it on this board before, but it was a while ago and I don't want to dig through all the old threads.

Or you could click that 'search' button and not be a lazy bastard.

That said, anime-cons.com
